One more point of conversion is worth $109,500MXN a year to the median private school

One more percentage point of conversion is worth, in annual revenue, $39,420MXN to the median primary school, $101,324MXN to one high schools and $158,629MXN to the median university. All: $109,500MXN.

Median conversion is 2.4%. An enrollment system does not change how many families arrive (advertising does that); it changes how many stay. And the gap from 2.4% to 14.4% is more than ten points. Do the math with your own number.

Take your leads for the year, multiply by 1%, by your tuition and by your months of enrollment. What is one point worth at your school?

Source and method

Where it comes from

Extra revenue = leads per year × 1% × tuition × months of enrollment, per the Enrollment X-Ray model; institutions charging in pesos only. Sample: 102 Enrollment X-Rays completed between March and October 2026 with owners and directors of 102 private institutions in 69 Mexican cities. These are institutions that requested the diagnostic, not the country. Median, not average: one school with 7,000 students skews the average and makes it lie. n = 33 / 12 / 40 / 93 (primary schools, high schools, universities, all).

Median before average; no figure based on fewer than 5 institutions is published. Full methodology.
